Foundation works

The foundation is the most important part of any structure, the quality of which determines its appearance and service life.

Each type of foundation – monolithic, tape, pile, plate – has its own installation and pouring options.

Mounting of metal structures

Metal structures are used in the construction of prefabricated structures. Due to the lightness of metal structures, a monolithic foundation is not needed; pile supports or strip foundations can be built.

Stages of mounting of metal structures:

• building of foundation;
• construction of the frame, its internal and external cladding;
• wiring of engineering communications.

Installation of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures

Reinforced concrete structures are the frame support of the facility. The reliability of the structure depends on how it is set.

Installation of structures is performed as follows:

• installation on the construction site by mounting;
• installation of products from prefabricated elements;
• concrete works;
• reinforcement of the structure;
• concrete pouring.

Installation of sandwich panels

There are two types of universal enclosing products: roofing and facade. In any method, the installation of sandwich panels ends with the installation of an extension panel. To prevent them from contacting the supporting structure, a sealant is laid.

Installation of corrugated board

Easy to use and reliable building material is suitable for covering the roof of a building. It is easy to build fences from it.

When installing corrugated board on a gable roof, work begins from the end-type edge, and from the center of the hipped end – on the hip one. Installation of metal tiles is carried out with an overlap, and fastening – using special self-tapping screws. The use of neoprene sealant prevents moisture from entering the joints.

For installation of the fence from the profiled flooring our specialists:

• install an reinforcement cage and posts, a fence frame;
• pour the foundation and posts;
• weld horizontal bars to the posts;
• priming and painting the frame;
• corrugated board is screwed onto the crossbars with self-tapping screws.

Industrial flooring

The coating is applied to the concrete base. We perform all kinds of flooring.

Fire protection of metal structures

To maintain the fire resistance of metal structures, we use fire-resistant materials:

• facing with vermiculite plates;
  the use of special fire-retardant compositions (paints).
